| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
The City and its Agencies’ locations for this RFP are divided into six (6) Property Groups (Property Groups 1 through 6). Property Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 include only HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services. Property Groups 5 and 6 include HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) Maintenance and Repair Services for buildings operated by the Senior Services and Long-Term Care Division (SSLTC).
The Scope of Work associated with this RFP includes: • HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services: The Scope of Work is to provide the required maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Central Building Systems (CBS) which include chillers, boilers, air handling units, cooling towers, etc. as outlined in Part 3-Requirements for Deliverables in all six (6) Property Groups. • BAS Maintenance and Repair Services: The Scope of Work is to provide the required maintenance and repair of the installed Building Automation Systems (BAS) as outlined in Part 3-Requirements for Deliverables for SSLTC in Property Groups 5 and 6 ONLY. |
