NRFP documents will be available on BC Bid by invitational only on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, to the Proponents who have submitted the NDA.

Brief Description of Work
BC Housing is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to provide architectural design services to convert the building into a supportive housing with a tentative number of 50 self-contained studio units and support spaces.
