Provides for the improvement of NE Big Rock Road (3.23 miles) from the Duvall City limit to Kelly Road NE in King County by removal of pavement markings, raised and recessed pavement markers, planning bituminous surfaces (2.25 inch grinding), shoulder preparation, pavement repair, placing crushed surfacing, 2.25 inch overlay with hot mix asphalt, permanent striping, raised pavement marker, and other work.
