Electronic bids will be received and accepted online ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com for 22nd Street South & Pan Park Phase 5 Improvements – Watermain Materials Procurement will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1201 7th Street South, St. Cloud, Minnesota until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving and accepting online bids, bids will be publicly read aloud in Conference Room A, City Hall by the City Clerk.
