This synopsis is not a request for quotations or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around 14 February 2026 for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide and manage contractor role players, moulage / clothing, lumber package, real world medical support (2 ambulances), and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) (Rubble Pile) reset for a CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) from 5-8 March 2026.
The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached. This is not a request for responses, but interested SBA certified SDVOSB concerns are encouraged to email andrew.simbeck.civ@army.mil with a capability statement.
