The intent of this solicitation is to provide Irrigation and Landscaping Services to the RTD 72nd Ave Park-n-Ride at the Fernald Trailhead as shown in the provided plan drawings and specifications. Awarded Contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install the overall landscape and irrigation design at 72nd Ave Park-n-Ride at the Fernald Trailhead.
