Solicitation Description:
FMNT is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish, install, and commission replacement Building Automation System (BAS) supervisory controllers at New Carrollton Yard Buildings A and B. The existing JACE controllers are end-of-life and no longer supported by the manufacturer, resulting in reduced functionality, lack of updates, and increased operational and cybersecurity risk. This effort includes the replacement of existing units with JACE 9000 supervisory controllers, along with full integration into the Niagara network to restore system reliability, ensure compatibility with current standards, and support ongoing HVAC operations.
