North Carolina State University is seeking qualification
statements from general contractors for the relocation of

the Small Ruminant and Metabolism Units from the Trenton
Road site to the Lake Wheeler site off Mid Pines Rd. The
project includes several new buildings including a teaching
and research barn (14,597 SF), equipment storage barn (2,659
SF), hay storage barn (3,771 SF), composting shed (673 SF),
quarantine shed (637 SF), well shed (46 SF), site work, and
paddock development.
