NC27-6 Southwest Regional Long-Range Recreation Planning

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Outdoor Recreation
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: assist in the development of a comprehensive long-range recreation plan for the Southern Region of Utah.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 2 year contract - the project timeline and cost should be reflected over a 1 year period. It is expected that this contract will be completed within 12 months.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first 12 months.
All future requests for an increase must be submitted with market research and receive approval from the agency. Each increase will be guaranteed for 12 months.
