Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Air Quality
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: managing the scrappage/recycling components of the Division of Air Quality's programs that offer incentives for scrapping polluting vehicles and equipment over a five-year period.
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Each region and type will be individually awarded by line item. Each vendor receiving 70% of the total points (or 700 of 1000) will be awarded.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first year.
