Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Wildlife
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Lop and scatter in Tooele County.
Mandatory Site Visit: none.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Until completion.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for Through the completion of the project.
Restricted to the state of Utah rangeland pre-qual contractors only.
Bidder must be on the current State of Utah Rangeland Prequalification List for the treatment and acreage as described in Attachment B Scope of Work in order to be considered responsive and responsible. Is Bidder on the current State of Utah Rangeland Pre-qual list for the treatment and acres described in Attachment B Scope of Work? If it is found that the bidder is not on the list for treatment and acres, they will be considered non-responsive.
