NC26-85 Laboratory Services for the Identification and Enumeration of Cyanobacteria

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Water Quality
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: laboratory services for the identification and enumeration of cyanobacteria.
Mandatory Site Visit: none.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first 12 months of the contract. For any subsequent price increases the contractor must provide comprehensive market research justifying an increase and receive approval from the project Manager. Each approved rate adjustment will remain fixed and guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from its effective date.
