Description: The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is soliciting proposals to acquire the services of a qualified Vendor(s) to provide Medical Waste services in North Carolina during all-hazard responses. To meet emergency requirements during disasters, the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to establish an Agency Specific contract to provide Regulated Medical Waste Disposal.NCEM is a government organization that administers state and federal emergency management programs enabled by the Federal Stafford Act and Chapter 166A of the North Carolina General statutes.
