| Description: | Electrical Repairs and Testing for large buildings in the Downtown Government Complex in Raleigh, NC 1. Create a bid package for testing circuit breakers in large buildings in the Downtown Government Complex. Provide new short circuit calculations for labeling of switchboards per NEC requirements and oversee testing. •Anticipate scheduling the building testing on Saturdays (with Sunday for additional repairs, if required) to minimize impact on building operations. •Replace circuit breakers identified through testing. 2. The following large buildings are included: a. Archdale b. Museum of Natural Sciences c. Nature Research Center d. DEQ Office e. New Education f. New Revenue g. Archives & History h. Agriculture and Ag Annex i. Plus other DOA buildings as funding allows. 3. Replace main switchboard in Dobbs Building. Multiple circuit breakers failed and were repaired during testing at the last test in Dobbs. |
