Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Foresty, Fire, and State Lands
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: coordinate with FFSL and apply herbicide to treatment areas within Bear Lake that are ~0.5 – 200 acres one to a few times a season.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first year.
