***Please be advised we intend to move quickly with this solicitation with a site visit and a quick turnaround for any questions and following amendments, if any.***



Scope of Work: Remediation of several areas such as a bathroom, bathroom closet, re-wiring a bathroom fan and replacing switches and covers, pressure tank leak and replacement of localized subflooring & flooring, an existing rock chimney fireplace liner and firebox, and a small area of mold & mildew as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Schedule of Items (SOI) attached.



Optional Site Visit: Thursday, 2/26/2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Location: (Coordinates: Latitude: 35.26798, Longitude: -82.97026.). An amendment with responses from any questions will be sent after the due date, if any.
