Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Animal Industry Division
Professional Services Requested: Provide accurate market information through Livestock Market Reports. Five locations.
This will be a multiple award solicitation for Anderson Livestock Auction - Willard, UT, Producers Livestock - Salina, UT, Basin Livestock Market - Ballard, UT, R Livestock Connection - Elsinore, UT, and Cedar Livestock Market - Cedar City, UT. A vendor will not necessarily be awarded all locations. Vendors will be ranked by qualifications.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
