INVITATION FOR BIDS: The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide BATHTUB REPLACEMENTS (NBHA-25-113) on an as needed basis for a contract term of one (1) year. Bid Documents are available from the NBHA Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford MA 02740. Bidders may obtain a set of Bid Documents by e-mailing their contact information to the Procurement Agent at; kevin.rego@nbha-ma.org. Sealed bids will be accepted, at the NBHA Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford MA 02740, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday August 28, 2025 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
