RFQ Amendment#002: Vendor Questions/Clarification Posting. The purpose of this amendment is to post vendor questions/clarifications and government responses. See attachment entitled, “Vendor Question and Answers RFQ47QMCA25Q0054.This RFQ closeout date remains November 11 2025 at 1500 PM EST.----End of Amendment 002-----

RFQ Amendment#001: Vendor Questions/Clarification Request. To maintain the integrity of this request for quotes and subsequent award, all quoters are advised that any questions and answers requests must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST. The CO will publish a consolidated list of all questions and responses via RFQ amendment posted in SAM.gov.----------End of Amendment 003-----------

The closing date of this RFQ is hereby extended to Tuesday, November 11,2025 at 3:00 PM EST. Prior to submitting a quote, all quoters shall review this RFQ and all amendments in its entirety to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case, shall failure to inspect the solicitation and its accompanying attachments constitute grounds for a claim after delivery order award. If an interested party takes exception to any specifications listed within the Purchase Descriptions, they must submit their questions or objections on “Attachment 3 – Technical Exceptions Worksheet” and submit that information with their quote.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AMENDMENTS: All vendors/quoters must acknowledges receipt of amendments to this RFQ with their quote submission.

Original RFQ- This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, Department of the Navy. This request for quote (RFQ) is for three (3) each 34 Ton Stepdeck Trailers.
