Request for Quotation (RFQ) submittal requirements:



All quotes must be submitted only to lana.denning@nexweb.org and lisa.walters@nexweb.org in accordance with the RFQ.



Quotes are due by 29 April 2026, NLT 3:00PM EST.



The following must be completed in order for your quote to be considered:




  1. Complete blocks 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the top page of the RFQ

  2. Complete Attachment 4 (Price/Cost Breakdown)

  3. Complete Attachment 5 (Contractor References)

  4. Complete Attachment 6 (Provisions)



The failure to submit the requested documentation may render your quote unresponsive or incomplete.

Project Description:



This project involves the removal of an existing non-functional canvas roof and the installation of metal roof panels onto the existing structural framework. The objective is to enhance the durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic appeal of the structure while providing long-term protection and minimizing maintenance costs.
