NAVFAC Northwest, Waterfront (WF) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)

N4425525R1504, Waterfront (WF) MACC: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for the design, construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for renovation, repair, and new construction of facility construction projects at various Government installations located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State. Projects on this MACC are Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB). This solicitation is open to all business concerns. Large businesses are advised that an acceptable small business subcontracting plan is required. The Not-To-Exceed total value of the MACC is $700,000,000. The anticipated task order range is $100,000 to $200,000,000.
