Navajo Area Office Leasing of Postage Machines

The Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services LLC. (Unique Entity ID #HUEVKW6DAME6), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). Pitney Bowes, Inc., provides postage mailing equipment capable to provide outgoing and incoming mail with the local USPS outgoing mail.

The anticipated period of performance is a base of one year with (4) option year periods.

1st Option Period: 10/1/2026 to 9/30/2027

2nd Option Period: 10/1/2027 to 9/30/2028

3rd Option Period: 10/1/2028 to 9/30/2029

4th Option Period: 10/1/2029 to 9/30/2030
