Nature Heights Drive Extension

The CITY OF MARBLE FALLS, TEXAS is planning construction of approximately 3,700 linear feet of new roadway connecting existing Nature Heights Drive to intersect with Park Ridge Drive. Project improvements also include water, wastewater, drainage, pedestrian accessibility, and a potential roundabout.

Electronic bids for the Nature Heights Drive Extension (ID No. CIPTR-20220118), in the City of Marble Falls, Texas, will be received at the CIVCAST electronic portal, www.civcastusa.com (Project ID “Pecan Valley Sidewalk Improvements Project”), until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 28 th , 2025. Bids will ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY at the CIVCAST electronic portal; neither the City nor the Engineer will accept physical copies of the bids.

Bids will be opened digitally and publicly read aloud at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 28 th , 2025, at City Hall located at 800 3rd St., Marble Falls, TX 78654. The bid opening will include a call-in number and will be provided through the posting listed above.
