This sale is an unmarked third row select thinning of planted slash pine. The purchaser will leave 50 square feet of basal area per acre of the largest, best formed trees in the residual stand. The logging slash will be scattered back through the stand. Long skid distances may be necessary due to the area’s natural hydrologic conditions.
