This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for selecting a Contractor to perform natural urban drainage systems maintenance services .

The County anticipates an initial contract term of 3 years with the option to renew for 2 additional 1-year terms.

Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.

Background

Contractor shall provide Sarasota County stormwater natural urban drainage systems maintenance services. This work shall include manual exotic and invasive vegetation removal and legal disposal, selective chemical application, cutting with treatment, and occasional replanting of native species to maintain the waterways in as-built condition.
