NATURAL GAS SYSTEM LINE PIPE

The Fort Valley Utility Commission will accept sealed bids for supplying steel line pipe for the
construction and installation of approximately 30,000 feet of 6¿ steel high pressure natural gas main
for natural gas system improvements in the City of Fort Valley.
Bids will be received in the Fort Valley Utility Commission Administration Office, 500 Anthoine St,
Fort Valley, Georgia, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday, January 3, 2025. No bid may be
withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after
bid opening date.
Copies of specifications and bid forms may be obtained from Sapp Engineering & Services, P. O.
Box 26097, Macon, Georgia 31221, by requesting an electronic version by calling (478) 342-0386,

Delivery will be scheduled by the successful Contractor. The successful Contractor will be
determined in January 2025 and will be expected to start construction by February 2025.

The Fort Valley Utility Commission reserves the right to accept none, all or any part of the bid and to
waive informalities or technicalities or to re-advertise as appropriate.
