Natural Gas Supply

Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) is acting as the lead agency in this cooperative procurement with the Washington County Government (including the Washington County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association)(collectively “the Agencies”). The Agencies desire to purchase Natural Gas from a “Licensed Natural GasBidder” (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder” or "Supplier") for delivery to “Columbia Gas of Maryland” (CGM)the “Energy Distribution Company” (EDC) to the designated Accounts. It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid tosolicit pricing for the supply of Natural Gas Supply Services for the Agencies’ facilities shown inATTACHMENT A1 WCPS, and ATTACHMENT A2 Washington County Government.
