The Work includes all labour and equipment required to complete horizontal directional drilling (“HDD”) for approximately 300 m of 50 mm polyethylene natural gas distribution mains and associated service lines, using County supplied materials as outlined in this RFQ.
Bidders must be qualified and experienced contractors and shall complete the Work in accordance with industry best practices. Pressure testing will be completed in coordination with the County.
