NATURAL GAS AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY SERVICES FROM NJBPU LICENSED THIRD PARTY ENERGY SUPPLIERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Township of Parsippany Troy-Hills, New Jersey (the Township) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for NATURAL GAS AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY SERVICES FROM NJBPU LICENSED THIRD PARTY ENERGY SUPPLIERS. Per the provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:34-5.7, original notices for such RFB were transmitted electronically on August 29, 2025 by the Township’s energy consultant, Taurus Advisory Group, to all vendors approved by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to provide energy supply services.
Bids will be received through an internet-based transaction called a reverse auction starting at 11:30AM on September 30, 2025, prevailing time. Specifications and form of proposal are available for review by contacting Taurus Advisory Group at: energydesk@taurusag.com . As outlined in the RFB, prior to the reverse auction, all interested bidders must submit a Qualification package. The required documents are included in the RFB document. Qualification packages must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2025 to Taurus Advisory Group at: energydesk@taurusag.com. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) regarding equal employment opportunities and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C.33 regarding corporate and/or partnership ownership.
