Natural Gas Bid / Fixed price

Murray County Board of Education is requesting Fixed Price Bids for Natural Gas at all locations. To submit a bid, your company must be a Certified Marketer through Atlanta Gas Light.

All pricing should be based on the NYMEX market price for April 22nd at 10:00am.

Term: Gas to be delivered from April 22nd, 2026 - April 21st 2027 with the option to renew.

Fixed Price: Please offer a 12-month, one part, fixed rate. All customer service, transportation and basis charges should be included in the fixed price. The price per term for the natural gas commodity shall not change for the term of the contract. The awarded vendor will supply the total firm Natural Gas requirements to all current, planned and acquired locations.

General Conditions: The successful bidder must be able to provide monthly spreadsheets for gas usage for meter tracking purposes.

All Murray County School's Natural Gas accounts are attached for your convenience.
Murray County School System is tax exempt; therefore the only charges on invoicing will reflect the commodity charge and the AGL Base charge.

Murray County Schools reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals.

All proposals must be submitted by email to chris.crow@mcsqa.us Proposals will be accepted until April 13th 2026 at 10:00am. Any proposals received later that 10:00am will not be considered.
