NATO Business Opportunity: Red Barn Renovation

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the refurbishment of the Red Barn facility located on a NATO base.

The Red Barn serves as a retail outlet within the NATO installation and requires a full refurbishment to improve aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency. The facility is currently outdated and in need of new finishes, fixtures, HVAC upgrades, and overall reconfiguration of its interior layout to improve flow and compliance with modern operational requirements.

This project is intended to modernize the retail space, enhance customer experience, and ensure alignment with NATO standards. The project will involve the removal and replacement of retail fixtures, flooring, HVAC, electrical components, and other related elements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the refurbishment in accordance with the specifications described herein.

All proposed key personnel on this requirement must be citizens of a NATO member nation.

A bidders’ conference and site survey will be held on 29 August 2025 at 10:00 am.

Bids shall be received at HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office, no later than 29 September 2025 at 9:00 am. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
