NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES NOMINATION AND TREATNENT PLAN. The City of Excelsior is soliciting proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to prepare a National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination for the Oak Hill Cemetery at Maclynn Road and Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior, Minnesota. The consultant will also provide a Treatment and Management plan for the cemetery to guide the City with long-term maintenance and site interpretation.
