The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to provide prescription eyeglasses (both dress and safety) for eligible Veterans. The Contractor is to provide prescription eyeglass manufacturing for beneficiaries of all sites of care detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and their entire catchment areas (including outpatient clinics) within the VA including all CONUS and OCONUS locations.
