The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 2025-RFP-038 , National Parkway Improvements to be received no later than Monday, June 2, 2025 , 4:00 pm . Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

Background

The Village of Schaumburg Department of Transportation is seeking the assistance of a Consulting Engineer for Phase I Engineering Services for the National Parkway Improvements project between Schaumburg Road and Higgins Road. National Parkway is under the jurisdiction of the Village of Schaumburg.

The Village is anticipating full-depth reconstruction of National Parkway within the project limits. In addition to pavement reconstruction, the project will consider drainage, lighting, and bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
