National Medical Support Notice (NMSN)

The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a single qualified vendor (as required under Section 466(a)(19) of the Social Security Act and Official Code of Georgia Annotated O.C.G.A. § 19-11-27) who will assume responsibility for providing Health Care Coverage Enforcement Services using the NMSN as requested in this eRFP. The services to be provided include the following: Project Planning and Implementation, Technical Requirements, Data Collection, Verification and Entry, Data Security and Disaster Recovery, Generating NMSNs, Tracking NMSNs, Receiving NMSN Responses, Health Care Coverage Selection and Insurance Cards, Customer Relations and Call Center, Employer Outreach and State Entity Staff Training, the NMSN Website, Reporting, Invoicing and Operations Turnover.
