Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:

This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Tychem 6000 Hooded Coveralls, or Equivalent as detailed herein. The period for making call- ups against the Standing Offer is one (1) year from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. The requirement is for specific delivery locations:

This procurement is subject to the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement.

Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria Only

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
