Summary Details

The Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) is conducting this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) # 2024-27 on behalf of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC), its own behalf and on behalf of the following Canadian lottery corporations: Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), the Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) (together with ALC, RMOs).  This NRFP is seeking proposals to select a supplier (Negotiations Supplier) to enter negotiations of a Framework Agreement with the RMOs for the provision of a National Gateway Service (NGS).  Loto-Québec (LQ), at its option, will also be able to enter into the Framework Agreement with the Negotiations Supplier.

The NGS will enable the sale of lottery products through national retailer cash registers, self-serve checkouts and online sales channels using a single integration point for retailers and lottery jurisdictions.  It will provide the appropriate reports, management functions, security and safeguards to protect the integrity of the transaction and lottery games in Canada.
