ALBANY COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NATIONAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH AND RECRUITING SERVICES

CONTRACT NO. SC-1207

The Albany County Airport Authority (“Authority”), Albany New York is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to perform national executive search and recruiting services to assist the Authority’s Board of Directors in identifying, interviewing, and appointing a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

A hard copy of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be available at the Office of the Albany County Airport Authority, Purchasing Office, Main Terminal, Third Floor, Albany, New York 12211-1057 (telephone (518) 242-2214). Interested firms may also download the RFP documents at www.bidnetdirect.com//albany-county-airport-authority. No Proposal in response to the RFP will be considered unless the organization submitting the Proposal has first obtained a copy of the RFP by January 6, 2025. Specific details of the qualifications and scope of services are provided within this RFP.

The Proposer’s qualifications, proposed fee, and compliance with the requirements of the Authority will be used during the evaluation of the Proposal selection. Participation by Minority and Women Business Enterprises is encouraged.

Six (6) hard copies and a thumb drive with a digital version (pdf) of the Proposal must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Contract No. SC-1207: Proposal” no later than 2:00 PM(EST) on January 16, 2025, to the following address:

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Proposals.

The subject line of the e-mail inquiry shall include, “Contract No. SC-1207”. Questions submitted after 2:00 PM(EST) on January 10, 2025, will not be answered. Responses to all relevant written questions will be posted in writing, on a rolling basis, to the BidNetDirect.com.
