Project Description: The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the design, integration, deployment, and technical sustainment of a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) capability that delivers Detection, Identification, Monitoring, and Tracking (DIMT), with integrated informed decision support, to support airspace situational awareness within the Washington, DC Flight Restricted Zone (DC FRZ) and associated controlled airspace, with an Initial Operating Capability (IOC) of no later than June 1, 2026.
