Natick Building 2 Facade

Amendment 1 (19 August 2025): This amendment answers the questions received from contractors regarding the site visit and proposal submission instructions. Please see the attachment titled "Solicitation Amendment W911QY25RA0200001" for the full questions and answers.

This notice serves as the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division for a single award construction contract for repair to the building 2 exterior envelope (façade). This building is located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), 10 General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The required work to be performed under this contract is listed in the attached Statement of Work and the accompanying Attachments. ACC-APG Natick Division, located in Natick Massachusetts, intends to award a Fim Fixed Priced construction contract to the offeror whose proposal best meets the requirements of the solicitation.

This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov and not show any Active Exclusions or have any Debt Subject to Offset. Potential small business concerns should be able to provide the types of construction as outlined in the solicitation and supporting documentation.

The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, wtih a small business size standard of $45.0 million.

A site visit will be held on 20 August 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Please refer to the supplemental attachments located within this Notice, which includes the formal Solicitation W911QY25RA020 and all accompanying Attachments, for further details and instruction regarding this RFP.

The final date and time to submit questions regarding this solicitation shall be August 28, 2025 by 11:59 AM EST. The anticipated date for the Government to provide final responses to questions submitted within this time frame is September 3, 2025 by the end of the day. As questions are received in response to this solicitation, the Government will provide periodic responses via a solicitation amendment.
