20368.001 Natchez-Adams County Airport - ARFF Vehicle Acquisition #20279

The Adams County Board of Supervisors (herein referred to as the OWNER) is requesting sealed bids for improvements to the Natchez-Adams County Airport.

All bids shall be marked “ARFF Vehicle Acquisition” on the outside of the envelope.

All bids shall be submitted to the Natchez-Adams County Airport until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, Jun 2, 2026 at the Natchez-Adams County Airport, 434 Airport Rd. Natchez, MS 39120, or by electronic submission at https://www.neel-schafferplans.com/ , until 2:00 PM local time Tuesday, Jun 2, 2026,.

Bids will be opened in the Airport Terminal Building at the Natchez-Adams County Airport. Any bids received after the specified time will NOT be opened. The Adams County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The work is generally described as follows:

Improvements to the Natchez-Adams County Airport via ARFF Vehicle Acquisition. The contract time for the Base Bid is 720 calendar days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $ 500.00 will be assessed for each calendar day thereafter.

A pre-bid conference is planned for this project on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Airport Terminal Building at the Natchez-Adams County Airport. A virtual link will be available for remote participation. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
