Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office located in/at Window Rock Arizona 86515 has an upcoming requirement for lease of (6) Xerox copier machines and (60) month PM service agreement for Navajo Area Office located at Window Rock, Arizona. Period of Performance is a base period of one year with (4) one year option periods.



Base Period: Date of Award to August 31, 2026



1st Option Period: September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027



2nd Option Period: September 1, 2027 to August 31, 2028



3rd Option Period: September 1, 2028 to August 31, 2029



4th Option Period: September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030



** Period of performance maybe subject to change.





The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 532420 with a small business size standard of $40.0 millions of dollars.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00014 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 25, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government's need, delivery time, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 28, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside.
