The purpose of this purchase order is to acquire services to perform targeted affinity maturation of an anti-human BCMA nanobody via

phage display library construction and selection. The objective is to deliver five affinity-optimized nanobody sequences along with sufficient purified protein for in vitro and in vivo testing.
