Description:

Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the renovation of the Nancy Carson Library located at 135 Edgefield Rd North Augusta, SC 29841. Renovation will include architectural, mechanical and electrical work. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. October 10, 2023 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Parkway, Room #3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203.

Notes:

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Aiken County Government Center in the Sandlapper Room followed by a site visit to the Nancy Carson Library. Questions will be received via email only to procurement@aikencountysc.gov before 3:00 p.m. August 29, 2023. The questions and answers (Q & A) will be posted to the Aiken County website before 5:00 p.m. August 31, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted.
