The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals for consulting services and guidance necessary to value naming and sponsorship opportunities, solicit and evaluate proposals, negotiate naming rights and sponsorship agreements, manage contracts, and provide naming rights and sponsorship consulting services for two significant City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation facilities.
