Naming Rights of Premium Spaces at Fifth and Elm

The City of Portland, Texas ("City") hereby issues this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to invite qualified entities to submit proposals for naming rights sponsorship opportunities for designated premium spaces at Fifth and Elm. Through this solicitation, the City seeks to secure sponsorship partnerships that provide marketing and branding value to the successful Respondent, while generating revenue for the Facility and further advancing Fifth and Elm's role as a family-first destination that supports continued visitation, community engagement, and economic opportunity in the City of Portland. This solicitation shall remain open until all premium spaces have been awarded or otherwise sponsored.

The objective of this RFP is to identify, evaluate, and select the most qualified Respondent(s) to enter into naming rights sponsorship agreements with the City. Respondents are responsible for monitoring the website and obtaining all issued materials.

Respondent shall submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic PDF submission of their proposal no later than the initial review date identified in this RFP. Proposals received prior to the initial review date will receive priority consideration. Proposals received after the initial review date shall not be considered until the initial review process has been completed and may only be considered thereafter at the sole discretion of the City, and only if the applicable naming rights opportunity remains available.
