Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)Southwest (SW) Facility Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) El Centro for refuse services located at Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, CA (NAFEC). These services will include refuse collection and disposal to ensure refuse are properly collected and disposed. This procurement is to establish a performance-based award for recurring services under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Sub-Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
