The work is located San Joaquin County near Lodi, California as well as near Stockton, California and is situated along Potter Creek, Mormon Slough, Bear Creek, Paddy Creek, North Paddy Creek, and Little John Creek.

The work, in general, consists of removing existing pipe penetrations through levees and
replacing with reinforced concrete pipes, installing flap and slide/canal gates, reinforced concrete riser structures, and new reinforced concrete inlet/outlet structures as prescribed in the project plans and specifications.
