Procurement No. NA-2026-007
The CITY OF NORTH ADAMS, the Awarding Authority, is requesting quotes from qualified
contractors for the Ice-Skating Rink Rubber Flooring Replacement Project at the Peter W. Foote
Vietnam Veterans Memorial Skating Rink, 1267 South Church Street, North Adams,
Massachusetts 01247, in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of North
Adams.
The project includes but is not limited to:
Removal and disposal of existing rubber flooring, benches, and baseboard, surface preparation,
installation of new 12" thick rubber interlocking floor tiles (90% black / 10% blue) and new
commercial-grade rubber cove baseboard, and supplying the City with 10% additional surplus
materials.
The total project is estimated at less than $50,000.
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 and prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26
to 27H.
A site visit will be held on March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Peter W. Foote Vietnam Veterans
Memorial Skating Rink, 1267 South Church Street, North Adams, Massachusetts 01247.
All quotes are due by April 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the City of North Adams Procurement
Office, 10 Main Street, North Adams, Massachusetts 01247.
The performance period for this project will be from May 15, 2026, to June 15, 2026.

Note: A bid deposit is not required for projects estimated under $50,000.
