REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES

RFP NA-2026-011

The City of North Adams, Massachusetts, through its Procurement Department (“Owner”) is

soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms for real estate marketing and brokerage

services for the City of North Adams, according to specifications contained in this RFP.

The RFP documents can be obtained by contacting Thomas Peterson, Procurement Officer, at

(413) 352-5352 or tpeterson@northadams-ma.gov after 9 am on May 28, 2026.

Sealed Proposals must be received by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by the City of

North Adams Office of Procurement, located at 10 Main Street, Room 201, North Adams, MA

01247. Please ensure that proposals mailed to the City are delivered by the deadline. Proposals

must be sealed and clearly marked “Real Estate Brokerage Services RFP NA-2026-011”.

Questions about this RFP can be directed to Thomas Peterson, Procurement Officer, at (413) 352-

5352 or tpeterson@northadams-ma.gov. Deadline for questions is June 8, 2026. All answers will

be communicated to via emailed Addenda to all plan holders.

The award of the contract will be to the most advantageous proposal from a responsible and

responsive bidder taking into consideration Commission Rate/Fees and all other evaluation

criteria set forth in this RFP. The City has determined that this transaction is subject to the

Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B. Therefore, the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B are hereby

incorporated by reference in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The City reserves the right to

reject any and all proposals, to negotiate any and all non-mandatory contract terms with the

successful bidder, or to cancel this procurement at any time if it is in the City’s best interest to do

so.
